Question: Aleut and Greenland paddles

From a previous thread:

I am wondering how many of you have tried the traditional Aleut paddles. I like these much better then the Greenland designs primarily because of the much greater dihedral on the powerface. While perhaps not the best choice for fancy sculling strokes, they are great for a long day paddle. They really grip the water with very little flutter. I found the Aleut blade to
be an easier switch from the "normal" touring blade shapes

What do you see as the advantages of the Aleut design?

What are the differences in design and technique in these two types of paddle? Anyone have pictures or links to Aleut designs?

I just began using a Greenland blade, which I am really enjoying. Interested in variations on the long blade.
