Paddle Jackets/Dry Tops

I'm looking at buying a paddle jacket and want to keep the cost as low as possible. I've found a couple that look good. Both are Kokatat, the Breeze is $60 and the Re-Action is $100. Is it worth paying the $40 extra for latex wrist gaskets and a better seal at the waist when I won't have a latex neck gasket? I do use a Greenland Paddle that drips water down my arms. Here are the descriptions:

Breeze- Waterproof 2 oz. nylon taffeta with 1 oz.urethane coating. Adjustable neoprene collar & cuffs. Slant pocket design allows access even under PFD. Adjustable bungi drawcord waist.

Re-Action jacket- Waterproof 4 oz. nylon oxford, 1 oz. urethane coating. Glued latex wrist gaskets seal out the splash. Coated lycra collar and cuffs. Double skirted with smooth-skin neoprene waistband. Competition cut underarm gusset. Zippered mesh chest pocket with key lanyard. Factory sealed seams.

I could buy the Breeze with Christmas 'gift money', but I'd have to dip into regular funds for the Re-Action. Does anybody use either of these jackets? Most of my paddling is in the 'protected waters of Puget Sound'.

I might buy a dry top in a few years if I get serious about winter paddling. Right know I'll be pairing it with some neoprene chest waders. Eventually I'll get a farmer john.
