Pic upload problem

When I try to upload an image, I get a message:

1 Error has been found 

and

The file could not be uploaded

Images are the usual 100-200kB size 640x480

 

It's the first time that's happened for me in a while, but I know other users have reported similar problems.

I'm having the same issue no matter what size my images are.  What browser are you using?  Ive only tried using Safari, thus far.

I'm using Chrome on a PC.

 

I should try some experiments..if I find anything useful, I'll report back.

I just did some testing using the same method I have use din the past and it did not work.

I'm hoping that Nick will get this resolved soon, though he may be occupied with other things.

A kayak building forum without picture posting and hosting isn't ideal. Links to pictures hosted externally often end up a 'dead links' and are lost to future readers.

I'm definitely not moving to Facebook, Pinterest, etc... It does feel a bit like 'the end of an era' for online building info on forums.

Along with some of the other 'regulars' here, I check the posts at WestCoastPaddler often. There's a 'Boat and Accessory Building' sub-forum there, and it's pretty easy to upload pictures.

So that may be a possibility for kayak building Q&A (with pictures).
