What Grit for Final sanding of a Strip Built boat?

Hi!

I am at the stage in building my first Strip Built boat where I will be moving on to final sanding of the hull prior to the initial coat of epoxy. At which grit do you folks stop when sanding the bare Cedar Hull? I have just about finished the fairing of the hull with my ROS and 50 Grit.

Thank you,

John VB

I stop at 120 but then I start at 80 so I never have big sanding marks.   I rather spend more time sanding and have more control.

I did one boat with 100 grit. I would add that the finer the grit, the lighter in color the wood will wet out. But usually 120.
