Cedar dries fairly quickly. Get the wood and bring in inside the warmest driest place you can. Let it sit for the rest of the week, maybe with a fan blowing over it. Cut it up into strips. Pile the strips loosely until you are ready to use them. Chances are very good you will not be able to get them much drier than they will be by the time you use them.
