If you've got 'em coated with epoxy, then probably not.
I did notice when I took my boat to the pool (and you think a wood kayak gets looks at the lake!) that the chlorine temporarily turned the surface of the epoxy a cloudy, milky white. It went away after a fresh-water wash.
