Two things, Firstly I assume the T.O. is a short form for some american town, state or such. Please note the WWW standsa for World Wide Web not Wisconsin or USA wide web. The borders of continental USA are not the end of the world. There are a vast number of people who either by choice or by necesity (sic) do not live in or even near T.O. and for that matter do not have the faintest idea where or what T.O. is.

We who live just across the little pond called the Atlantic Ocean, you know your East coast find it a little insulting to be excluded as a part of the world. I know that 'The World Series'is an American thing but realy there is a world out there with real live people.
