Hi.. (sorry if this is a bit off subject, but this seems the best resource available to me) My father is in Maine buying a kayak as I type this and I'd like to buy him a life vest for Fathers Day (or some other kayak accessory). I have no idea what might be appropriate. Could someone please reccomend what is generally worn? I'm not sure if traditional vests are worn, neophrene suits for warmth only, etc. We can assume he will be on open water (sea, lakes) as well as faster moving stuff. I'd really appreciate any help or education on the subject, TIA, Tracey Cave
