I just used hi-build primer on my Ches 18 this past weekend. I was very happy with the results. I suggest using 150 sand paper instead of the 220 - the primer will even clog the 150 fairly quickly - but be patient and expect to go through a lot of paper. (You can be fairly confident that your primer has definitely dried) Good luck!!
