> shawn no I widened everything proportionaly, I took the offsets from Nick's book and using Autocad R12 for windows I drew up the all the forms ,but not having access to a plotter I had to output to my printer but made sure all drawings had the same scale,then scanned them into Photoshop at 1200 dpi and saved them to bitmap format which I opened in Halo desktop imager which allows me to make copies made over multiple pages to the size I want, I selected the widest form and widened it to 22.75" and made note of the percentage displayed and printed out the rest of the forms to the same percentage setting including the endforms and cockpit recess but kept the opening normal and presto a Guillemot with training wheels, (after paddling it I soon found out that the orginal design is more than stable enough and I had built myself a great fishin' Yak)I then spaced the forms to get an 18 ft boat not 19 like I previously posted . The Rear View Mirror is a drawer from night table that is sitting on a chair, There is some boat traffick here at the top of Lake Superior but not enough for that type of equipment, I could use Curb Feelers though.
