eskimo roll in a PYGMY?

I've read several comments by PYGMY builders that the cockpits are quite large. I'm wondering if that will get in the way of performing eskimo rolls without doing a lot of extra retro-fitting on the cockpit. Any opionions? I'm about 160 lbs. I'm especially interested in the Arctic Tern
