I hung mine while sighting, then did not move it until I put in the fillets.
I screwed small eye-screws into the sheer clamp, four of them, and tied it up to the open rafters with one long thin line. push and pull on the line until the thing is level every which way, then check for twist.
I liked the two-stick method for checking for twist, where you stand in front, and look to see that the sticks (one across the front, one accross the back) are parrallel. If they are not, then push sideways on the nose or tail until they are parrallel. piece of cake.
Dont fail to read and reread the CLC manual until you can explain each step, before you do it.
someone said the epoxy is the trickiest part, I thought the final aligning of the panels was the hardest. I did this after checking for twist, and before filleting. Make sure that the panels are 'fair', that is, they are not lumpy when you look down along the hull. If they are follow CLC directions, i.e. shaving the tight spots and shimming the loose spots. Screw this up and the boat will always look lumpy and homemade.
If you make a mistake, you can cut along the incorrectly attached joints and then reglue.
