I should probably have mentioned that I'd like to be able to load the boats on the Suburban while pulling a camping trailer, which makes a kayak trailer fairly impractical. I don't see a good way to load additional boats on the camping trailer, either. Nick, I can see your four-kayak arrangement clearly. Yakima's "stacker" is contoured to boats. Thule's isn't. Is it time for me to consider Thule a blind alley and get a Yakima rack? Mike
