Paul, The kayak I recently finished uses a Rapid Pulse backband, keepers footpegs and carved 3" mini-cell foam for a seat. I got both of these from NRS (www.nrsweb.com) I have found that they are competitive and have the stock (ain't mail-order grand)I have not searched hard but have not come up with a good source of neoprene except for dive shops.
