Hi Pete,
try the site www.wood-worker.com/plans/router/index.htm the pages explain how to build a nice table. Yours need not be this fancy. It doesn't require a high level of finish....just flat and secure and sturdy...a friend has his table setting on an old barrel he had. He put a little weight in the bottom of the barrel so it wouldn't slide on his concret floor or be top heavy. the open barrel also catches a good bit of the shavings that the router makes. garland
