Hi Lee,

Check out the post and link on my urethane adhesives post. They make seam sealers that would work excellent in this application. They are non-shrinking, totally waterproof and have an excellent adhesive quality. They are also very flexable and so won't seperate from a flexing plastic boat.

There is a quick blurb on it here- http://www.abrn.com/products/polymer.htm . It comes in black too. Also, 3M makes a similar product as does Dominion Sure Seal.
