It sounds like you'll have better ventilation than most of us. I build in my basement with the nearest open window up at the 1st floor landing. When epoxying, I wear a respirator, and when I'm done I get out of the basement. But, the fumes are not that bad and are not detectable in the rest of the house. If you implement the setup you describe, you'll be fine.
