I decided to go with the 3.25 oz. tight wovens mooth glass from RAKA.
Thanks to everyone (Grant, George, lee, Ed, Dan, Jay, Marty, and Don)who gave opinions, tips, and pointers. Now I feel confident that I can work with this stuff as long as I am careful when wetting it out.
