Lee, The lines are where the glass doesn't lay flat against the seam. The second coat did not seem to soak through the weave. I can see the white line from six inches away, but not the bubbles until I get close. I was considering using a syringe to fill the seam area with epoxy, but if it is just cosmetic I won't bother.
