Mark, cutting an 1/8 of on inch (or less) off the bottom "V" of the frame may solve the problem. When stitched together the inside dimensions of the hull may be a little less, this may line everything up. If you are leery of messing up your frame try cardboard first. Next idea is to slide the frame a tiny bit toward the center of the boat. Don't worry too much, as the far forward bow frame doesn't seem to impact the boats' shape that much.
