Lee, The hull sections are of essentially the same dimensions, but they are each warped differently.

The 4mm difference that I refered to before pertains to the individual panel sections before they were glued together, full length.

Once the sections were glued together full length the warping was compounded, and my misalignment made it worse.

In the worst case, if you placed a full length panel atop its partner and clamped both ends together the middles would be offset from each other by 1/2". If you clamp just one end of the same pair and hold them flush in the middle, the ends would be scissored a bit, one slid up from the other by that same 1/2".
