I used only enough epoxy on the inside of the hull & deck to make sure the glass was properly attached to the timber. This has given me a very light, strong boat. The only advantage I can see from extra glass inside is the smoother finish, which would be slightly easier to clean. Otherwise, the extra epoxy will only add unnecessary weight.
