In Response To: Hatch seals...to glue or not to glue? (Doug Bauer)

? That is the question...do you rely on the adhesive on the foam or do you ? epoxy it down as well. The adhesive seems pretty aggressive to me but I'd ? like your opinions.

Just don't forget the friend of all ham fisted builders - silicone. Perfect seal, perfectly flush, perfectly simple and easy.

Probably better adhesion, too.
