I don't know what was going through my mind when I left the sheer line marks off those plans. With the two different lines for the two different decks, the sheer line is implied by where the "low" deck line intersects the side of the "regular" deck. This is also the widest point as well as being the point where there is a hard angle near the ends.
All the information you need for the sheer line is there. I just neglected to tell anyone what to look for. Sorry.
