Mike,

You were right! (of course) I found the nearest store and visited today before going to Torrey Pines for the Buick Invitational preliminaries (golf.) The clamps on sale were black anodized with orange plastic grips and nose covers. The best spring clamps I have found. I also bought the 24 piece foam brush set marked $6.99 but on sale for $3.47. I also stopped at Frost Hardwood and purchased the Cherry for the coaming lips for $12.00. Thanks again, Steve in San Diego
