I'm trying to install plywood bulkheads that will not cause a stress point. the plan is to create rails made of closed cell foam to support the bulkhead.

few days ago somebody put a link that shows how to do it.

my problem is the glue. I can't find a glue that will hold the c.c.foam together. I tried contact cement & "goop", but I could tear the foam pieces without any damage to the foam.

any help ?
