Hmmm...are you catching Chris's ideas? :)
I'm thinking that vacuum bagging might be the trick for our solid glass/CF/kevlar/whatever blades.
Lay up the fabric/epoxy. Caulk around the perimeter of the blade/form. Lay down a piece of nylon, then paper towels or maybe some polyester fiberfill batting, then a piece of visqueen.
