Nitrile gloves are also less susceptible to solvents.(ie.- they won't fall apart as soon as they come into contact with thinners.)
There is also a product called derma-shield that you apply to your hands which forms a protective barrier. It is hypo-allergenic and will provide protection from the gloves as well as extra protection from the chemicals you are using. I would not recommend it as a primary defense for epoxy but as a barrier to protect the hands from the normal everyday abuse they recieve, it is great.
It also prevents the hands from drying out and cracking.
