We recently had a flap up here when someone realized that the white sturgeon in the pet stores were the same white sturgeon on the endangered species list. (They were being brought in legally from the U.S.) The problem arose because it is illegal to posses them in B.C. so the stores that had them were in violation although it was perfectly fine to import them!

Never did hear the outcome of the problem.

In order to bring this back on topic, I will state that you can purchase a very nice Red Fish from Joe Greenley as I have it on good information that he has a school of them hanging out in his living room!! {:o)
