System 3 sells powders to add to epoxy to color it. I think that you can get all the primary colors. You vary the amount of powder to get the color that you want. Then I guess you finish it with varnish or whatever UV protectant you like.
I was wondering, though, what the colors end up looking like? We want to paint an Osprey bright, Fararri yellow (the System 3 Epoxy Catalog lists yellow as lead)... Will we need a white coat in order to get a bright yellow? It is better to use a paint and primer than putting on a layer of colored epoxy?
