There's an excellent book on laminate canoe construction called Building Your Kevlar Canoe by James Moran 1995, Ragged Mountain Press although it outlines the process for building a kevlar and fiberglass canoe from a male mold it certainly gives a good idea on how it's done. It also looks as if the process can easily be adapted to kayak hull construction or all fiberglass canoe construction as well. At any rate, it's a good read.
