I think CLC? has the happy bottom pads. Any whitewater or kayak shop should have backbands--Nantahala Outdoor Center (http://noc.com), Northwest Outdoor Center (http://nwoc.com), or Northwest River Supplies (http://nrs.com) should all have relatively low prices on the backbands as well.
