Lee- I built an Osprey Double.I thought the whole project went smoothly (a few minor problems, generated by myself). I am sticking with the standard Pygmy set up of a plastic backband and a Therma Rest seat for now. They are comfortable for me. I will experiment with some thighbraces a little later. -tom
