I've got the Coleman 27 gallon upright and it works fine on most tools (impact gun, air ratchets, sprayer,sanders, etc.). I'd ask your self how much to you plan to use it? 12 hours a day every day? then I would go with an oiled compressor. If only once in a while I don't have a problem with the oilless. My one complaint is that they are LOUD! If you're usiing it with some high CFM tools like a cut-off wheel the thing will run alot and if your stranding with in a mile of it it will drive you buggy.
