Well, we wear gloves when dealing with wet epoxy, and keep the dust out of our lungs with those masks, but we don't feel that a respirator is necessary. There are no decernable vapors when sanding.
Louise is already sensitized to contact with her hands, but we have not noticed any effects with the dust.
