A few weeks ago I complained on this Forum about 3M respirator (dust mask) straps breaking very early on - - At that time I also sent them an email expressing my disappointment with their product.

What should arrive today via UPS but 2 boxes of respirators - 30 pieces - A box of the original 8210's that I had complained about, and a box of 8511 "new and improved with sturdier straps." Wow! I frankly had never expected to hear back from them! In fact, I can't recall any mfr even acknowledging a complaint (or praise) that I had submitted. The 8511's look like they should hold up quite well . . .
