The link below will take you to a very large linked page of boat designing software available on the web. Some freeware, some shareware, some just straight purchase.
I'd suggest you try Carene, both 4 and 5. This is a very easy to operate computer program that is specific to plywood hull layouts, Ie, stitch & glue. The learning curve time is less than a half hour.
