Unfortunately Saris parts wont fit Yakima's bars.

I looked at Thule and Yakima and Saris rack systems, and Saris has them all beat for the quality (my opinion).

I would recommend this rack system to anyone.

My wife is returning her canoe in the very near future (maybe this Friday) and we will be bringing back a kayak or two (she talked to her sister about maybe going to a kayak). I have the accessories to mount 2 kayaks and I also bought their longest (78") bar for my various boat carrying future. Does or can a Saris accessories fit a round Yakima bar?( I almost bought into the Saris system but I already started my Yakima system and one of my fellow workers lets me use his TLC saddles when I needed to transport an extra kayak).The story on the to-be returned canoe is something like "I thought you said that they were all out of the blemmish canoes,Oh you did buy a "good" one, but what are these scatches that go up and down, and the scuffed-up end?!!"
