I had heard warnings about glassing one side of the boat and leaving the other side sit without sealing. Well...we didn't take heed and found our canoe starting to curl. We quickly sealed the inside with a coat of epoxy. That solved the problem. I don't think you would have a problem if you let it sit without sealing either side.
