I started my Guillemot in October 98 and it was ready to go at the end of April 99. The Wee Lassie II has been roughly the same schedule, just shifted a year later. And I had lots of down time. Overall, the Guillemot took about 300hrs, the WLII will probably top out at 170-180hrs. So, December is not out of the question. It all depends on the time you have available to work on it.
