Dave, I really don't want to rain on your ideas, but the boat design you have here is really dangerous. First the layup is way too light for any whitewater whatsoever. Second the top and botttom corners are virtually guarranteed to break, too much stress on them. There is a reason that whitewater boats, especially most squirts have rounded corners, the same reason an egg is round; the stress is evenly distributed.
As far as the rocker, it might be a little excessive for a squirt, and unless you are paddeling whitewater, it is virtually worthless (IMHO) in a squirt on flat water.
Anyway, I would be really carefull with what ever you end up building, until you get a heavier layup. But it is a free country. Below is a link to the major Squirt boat maker in the US, he is good, very good, there is a lot of usefull info on his site that might help you with the design thing

PS: Did you know the picture of the "kayaker" on you homepage is actually a C-1 boater endering what appears to be a c-1 race boat. Not a biggie, just that some C-boaters kind of take offense at merely being compared to a yak :)
