I paddle alot in the cannals around here (Miami) & there are many boat slips, little boats, big boats, etc'.

The cannals are artificial (ofcourse they are, that's why they are called cannals) & you never know what's sticking up from the bottom.

most of my launching & retrieving is done from docks, therefore the "walls".
