Filling the weave on the outer hull is a definite. What about the deck, does it need to be done as well? It might facilitate re-entry, but looks are another story. I suspect that it may also wear faster.

I checked it out and one thing caught my eye: what is OZg = .0023"? Also, why don't the load factors increase from wood thicknesses of 0"? It seems to me that 100% glass would be the strongest, why is there an optimal thickness? Is this just a modelling anomoly?
