Hi Mike,

I've allready cut my ply to size for the Cape Charles':-( I guess that means I'm committed. I cut some strips 7 1/4" for the sides, and 11 3/4" for the bottom panels, those figures are from memory it's been a few weeks since I cut em.

How easy is it to build a ply walrus? I chose the clc building method because I don't want to take another 2 years to build my next kayak and I figure a couple of modified Cape Charles' should go together quickly once I get my dimensions right.

Nothing is ever 'set in stone', so I'm interested to hear how to build a ply walrus. Providing I can still use my salvaged ply.
