My "advance planning" to attend the No Octane Regatta started about a week ago. In fact, I'm still waiting for the registration packet to arrive in the mail. Perhaps today.

Nope, I didn't make it to the Paddlefest. Oh you're not going to believe this - the weekend you're going on vacation to NY, Newman Outfitters is sponsoring the 1st Annual Northcoast Paddlesports Expo at East Branch Reservoir (E. Claridon, OH). I may pop over to check it out. Sorry about the bad timing.
