Put it on E-bay with a reserve price (You won't sell below that price) and watch it go up. Some people put in their auctions that they won't ship it, but will meet the buyer within say 100 miles of their location. I've seen several boats sell on there for some upper end dollars.

Most importantly, put pictures of it on your auction. Many people (including me) won't buy anything without a picture.
