Just got back from the NOR as well, so I'm trying to catch up on all the board activity. Michael, I ended up using two differenty materials for gaskets. Initially, I installed neoprene hatch tape (from West Marine) on both hatches. It's about 5/8" wide and 1/8" thick. It turned out that the tape held the front cover slightly above the surface of the deck, so I removed the tape and used BoatLife Life Seal (clear) on the perimeter of the underside of the hatch cover (with mold release on the lip of course). By slowly pressing the cover into place, I was able to make it perfectly flush. The rear hatch still has the tape and both hatches have been quite dry.

Good luck,

Ross

ps. Sorry, Erez, it can be done.
