My first boat was a CLC Northbay kit. It took me 46 hours to build and varnish. My second boat was a stripper of the same design. It took my over 300 hours to finish, and that didnt include the time I spent ripping the strips! I would suggest a plywood kit if you want to get it in the water this summer. Have fun! Don
