Mine is getting built in an apt. too. Using the family room and adjoining sun room to accomodate the yak length. We don't have to drop it down multiple floors though. we just drive it out the window, I run out the front door and pull it out the rest of the way then.

It is almost done though. Just the fancy stripped cockpit rim needs to be done as well as varnish and finishing up with decklines, etc.
