for over a decade I have been in charge of R&D for one of the only companies in the S.E. that deals in RF and the suppression of it. I am not aware of, but would not be surprised that RF could do the things you describe, I would be very surprised if the ability to perform these actions were available in more that 1/2 dozen facilities country wide. I can state without doubt, if my owner caught me forming a kayak deck in our companies multi-million dollar facility, well, I wonder how I can make a living selling so-so boats...
